Upon
verification of credit references an
account number will be issued to you
You
may be granted an open 30 day account or
a COD account.
COD
accounts may pay with a credit card and
avoid a $8.50 COD charge.
Terms:
2% 10th, Net
25th except all exports. Our
billing cycle ends on the 25th of each
month. If payment has not been
received
by the following billing cycle, accounts
will be put on hold and a 1.5% service
charge will be added.
Freight:
Freight will be
pre-paid on orders of $750.00
or more except for Alaska, Hawaii, &
Puerto Rico.
There will be a $2.00
handling charge on all orders that do
not meet freight pre-paid requirements.
Next-Day Freight Program:
Our Next-Day program is
$19.95 for an Engine Kit or 25 pounds (lbs). All add-on
orders will be considered
a new order since all orders are immediately processed to
our warehouse.
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, the Freight charge for
Next-Day will be $38.95 for 15 lbs. (DNJ Engine Components
reserves the right to modify this program at any time as
need requires.)
Drop Ship:
Drop Shipping is an
extra $5.00, in addition to your freight.
Returns:
All
items returned to DNJ Engine Components Inc for credit must
be sent by the original purchaser, and must be accompanied
by a DNJ Engine Components issued RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number. All returns must also
be in resalable condition and must have its original
package. Any open gaskets, or broken shrink wrap, will not
be accepted for return. All other returns will be charged a
20% restocking and repacking fee. The returned item will be
credited the amount previously paid. All returns made 90
days after the original date of purchase will be subjected
to a 10% handling fee.
Warranty:
All parts carry a 12
month or 12,000 mile warranty whichever occurs first. Claims
for warranty must be made by the original
purchaser direct from DNJ Engine Components Inc. This
warranty is limited to the replacement of a defective
product only.
Any alleged defective products must be returned to DNJ
Engine Components Inc for inspection for warranty to be
approved.
Any claim will not be settled until past due accounts are
brought up to date. DNJ Engine Components Inc will not be
responsible
for any labor, towing, fluids, Freon, filters, lodging, and
car or truck rental. Any item returned to DNJ Engine
Components Inc
for credit must be sent by the original purchaser, and must
be accompanied by a DNJ Engine Components
RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be obtained
by contacting DNJ Engine Components Technical Department,
before attempting to return any new part or warranty part.
When contacting DNJ Engine Components Technical Department,
it is important to have ready: DNJ Account number, Date of
original purchase, Invoice number, and DNJ part number, an
explanation
of the problem, and the mileage at the time of installation
and mileage at the time of failure. Returns will not be
accepted,
unless they are accompanied with all the information stated
above. DNJ Engine Components Inc’ warranty implies that any
claim regarding a part is subject to only the replacement of
the alleged defective part. No claim will be paid on water
pumps. The
maximum labor on a claim to be paid is $300.00. |
